    Our Public Sector Advisory Services Group (PSG) focuses on the government sector, international financial institutions (IFIs), donors and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs).  The services provided to these sectors include: Policy analysis and advice, policy implementation support, human capital solutions, organization development and restructuring, program and project management, strategy development and implementation, capacity building and strengthening, systems design and implementation, financial management solutions inclusive of project audit, fixed assets management of financial statements, impact studies, financial investigations, e.g. fraud, value for money procurement procedures review, developing financial management solutions and strategies and staff secondments (technical assistance).  This group also provides comprehensive training in different skill areas.

  • Global Risk Management Solutions (GRMS)

    GRMS provides assistance in the management of the financial, operational and strategic risks associated with your business; as well as the development and implementation of cost-effective and targeted strategies to address your complex IT and other business problems.  Service include corporate restructuring, business process reengineering, strategic information system planning and implementation, IT and business strategy development and implementation, user training, project management, sustainable business solutions, reputation assurance, and corporate governance audit.

  • Human  Capital Services

    The Human Capital Services Group works with the client to maximize the value of human capital and to deliver demonstrable business benefits.  Our value proposition is to provide global human resource solutions by delivering integrated world-class services.  We work across the full spectrum of HR processes and activities to bring in-depth technical skills and knowledge to bear on your business problems and issues.  Services provided include organization design/development, HR strategy, HR transformation, performance management frameworks, competency profiling, management and career development approaches, sourcing and selecting, job evaluation/grading.  Compensation benchmarking and structuring and design of incentive schemes, corporate culture audit/envisioning, HR information systems and training.

  • Secretarial and Corporate Advisory Services

    Our affiliated company provides extensive and comprehensive secretarial services primarily to our audit clients but also to non-audit companies where its services are required. As our statutory report on the audit of the company incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 has to include a positive or negative statement regarding compliance with the requirements of the Act, we are obliged to ensure that the statutory secretarial affairs of the company are up-to-date. Precisely, that:

    - the prescribed procedures for the incorporation of a company under the law are fully complied with;

    - all relevant statutory books and registers are kept;

    - all relevant statutory books and registers are kept;

    - all statutory returns are filed promptly;

    - minutes of board meetings are promptly developed, approved at subsequent board meetings and included in the minutes book;

    - the company’s seal is securely kept to prevent its improper use; and

    - annual general meetings are held promptly as and when due.
